For Writers
About this event
In this interactive workshop, participants will learn how to uncover the emotional wounds driving their characters, identify the hidden beliefs behind every decision, and translate their own life experiences into authentic fiction without writing autobiography. Through guided writing exercises, scene analysis, and live revisions, attendees will explore deep point of view, internal dialogue, sensory immersion, emotional layering, and purposeful word choice. Writers will leave with practical tools they can immediately apply to any manuscript, along with a repeatable process for creating stories that don't just entertain readers—they stay with them long after the final page.
This session is part of the 2026 Writers Conference . Register for this two-day event. See presenter biographies and an entire schedule at a glance »
